We would like to express our gratitude for your continued patronage. The Mercure Tokyo Ginza has taken the following measures to minimize risks regarding COVID-19, placing the health and safety of our guests and employees at the top propriety. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
【Measures in Public Areas】
1.We have installed disinfectants in the lobby and elevator halls to provide a safe environment for our guests.
2.We constantly disinfect places that are frequently touched, such as doorknob, door, and elevator buttons.
3.Staff members wear masks when on duty to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees.
4.We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire of your health and to take a body temperature upon check-in.
【Measures for Employees】
1.Alcohol disinfectants are placed at the staff entrance, office, and canteen to encourage frequent hand washing.
2.We closely monitor staffs’ health conditions by checking body temperature and physical conditions.
3.Staffs are instructed to refrain from going out on non-essential occasions, such as events and dinner meetings.
4.Staffs are encouraged to avoid commuting during busy hours and to implement telework as much as possible.
【Requests to Guests】
1.We kindly request your continual cooperation in wearing a mask when staying in our hotel.
2.Please refrain from visiting our hotel if you have a fever or are not feeling well.
3.Please kindly let our staff know if you feel unwell in our hotel.
【Restaurant and Bar 】
Both restaurant and bar in the hotel will be temporarily closed from Friday, April 10. We are closely monitoring the situation regularly, and we will announce the resume of the business when the situation is safe to resume operations.
